Hero Alom to file case suit of Tk 50 crore against Rizvi

Content creator Ashraful Alam aka Hero Alam has filed a case against BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi for defamation. On Monday (August 7), Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate appeared in the court of Saiful Islam and made this application.

Earlier, Hero Alam appeared in the court after 12 noon. Then his lawyer Abdullah Al Mansoor made this application. Four people have been made witnesses in the application of the case.

Hero Alam went to the office of Metropolitan Detective Police (DB) with a complaint on Sunday. From there it is advised to file a case in court. Later, he went directly to the court from there, but he returned without filing a case. A day later, Hero Alam came and filed the case again.

Earlier, he told the media at the DB office, "Rizvi called me crazy and uneducated." Why would he call me crazy and uneducated? I never talked about BNP or Awami League. Why do they speak insultingly to me? Rizvi spoke insultingly to me.

It is to be noted that on July 18, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi called Hero Alam as 'half crazy' and 'illiterate' after taking part in the padayatra program at Bhuban Mohan Shaheed Minar Park in Rajshahi city. Hero Alam met the DB chief regarding this comment.

Expressing anger at Rizvi's comments, he said, "You are insulting yourselves as illiterate by calling me illiterate." Because, the leader of your party is the former Prime Minister Khaled Zia but eight pass. He passed eight, I passed seven, one class below.
