BNP, like-minded parties to hold mass processions today
The BNP and like-minded parties will bring out mass processions in the capital today (Friday) to press home their one-point demand.
Dhaka north and south city units of the party will bring out separate processions at 3pm after Jumma prayers on Friday.Dhaka city north unit will bring out its mass procession from Badda Subastu Tower to Abul Hotel, while BNP south unit will bring out its procession from Kamalapur Stadium to Malibagh Rail Gate.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will lead the Dhaka north unit procession while other senior leaders will present in the procession.

Apart from BNP, Ganotantra Mancha, Jatiyatabadi Samamona Jote, Gonoforum and People’s Party, Peshajibi Ganatantrik Jote, 12-party alliance, Labour Party, LDP, NDM and two factions of Gono Odhikar Parishad will bring out processions from different areas of the capital.
This will be the third programme of the opposition's one-point movement with the goal to remove Awami League from power.
