BNP to hold processions with black flags in Dhaka Friday
The opposition BNP has announced a two-day fresh protest program to press home its one-point demand - the resignation of the Awami League government.
The party will bring out processions with black flags in Dhaka South and Dhaka North on Friday.
Besides, mass processions will be held in all metropolitan cities on Saturday.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the programs at a press conference at the party's central office at Naya Paltan in the capital on Tuesday night.
Earlier, the BNP held a road march in the capital on August 19 demanding the release and advance treatment of party chief Khaleda Zia.
