Consumer price of LPG reduced by 244 Tk
The price of LPG gas at the consumer level has been reduced from Tk 1,422 to Tk 1,178. As a result, the price has decreased by Tk. 244.
BERC chairman Nurul Amin announced the new price at a press conference organized at the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission office on Sunday (April 2). Which will be effective from today.
Earlier in March, BERC had reduced the price of 12 kg LPG cylinder from Tk 1,498 to Tk 1,422 by Tk 76.
According to the announcement, the retail point price of private LPG has been fixed at 98 taka 17 paise per kg including VAT. Besides, the retail price of private LPG supplied in liquid form in reticulated system has been fixed at Tk 94 per kg including Musak.
Besides, the price of autogas at the consumer level has been fixed at Tk 51 76 paisa per liter without Musak and Tk 54 90 paisa per liter with Musak.
Before that, the price of LPG 12 kg cylinder gas was increased from Tk 1,232 to Tk 1,498 in February.
