Fiction between two sides over football game in SUST

In Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) there was a fight between the students of two departments centered around the football game. This incident took place between the students of statistics department and public administration department in the central playground of the university on Thursday (March 16) afternoon.

According to eyewitness sources, the second semi-final game of statistics department and public administration department was held today at 4 pm. Due to no goals in scheduled time, the match was played at Tribeca. Later, the statistics department won by leading 3-0 goals. After taking the last suit in Tribeca, Public Administration student Sujat Ahmed missed the goal to ensure the victory of the statistics department. While celebrating the victory, Sujat was hit by some students of statistics department. Later, when Sujat went to protest, the students of the two sections got involved in a scuffle. Later the two sides were separated by the proctor's body and the teachers present.

This source further informed that after separating the two parties, when the students of statistics department were sledging, the students of public administration department chased them. Meanwhile, the two sides clashed again. Later, while trying to stop the incident, the proctor was harassed by the students. Later, the situation was normalized and the students of both sides left the field.

Professor Dr. Proctor in this regard. Kamruzzaman Chowdhury said, we wanted to solve the incident there. As the students of the two sections were excited, they were separated. Then again when trouble arose, a student was bringing bamboo, while taking the bamboo from him, there was a little shock. Later the issue was resolved on the field. Everyone has been warned to avoid any future incidents based on this incident.

Meanwhile, Sujat Ahmed, a student of the 2019-20 session of Public Administration Department, was injured during the scuffle and was admitted to Sylhet's Mount Edora Hospital in emergency, said Professor Dr. Public Administration Department. Md. Ashraf Siddiqui. He said that some students of our department were injured during the incident. Meanwhile, Sujat's condition worsened and she was brought to the hospital.

Professor of Statistics Department. Md. Jamal Uddin said, the game ended beautifully. But I don't know what happened suddenly. Two of our students were injured during the scuffle. One is admitted to Osmani. Such incidents are not desirable in any way in sports.
