Chess Club exchange meeting with SUST Press Club

Shahjalal University Press Club, an organization of journalists working in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, and Shahjalal University Press Club, an organization of chess students of the university, held an exchange meeting. This exchange meeting was held at Shahjalal University Press Club office yesterday, Wednesday (May 17) at 1 pm.

SUST Press Club president Nazmul Huda presided over and general secretary Abdullah Al Masud was present in the exchange meeting, the organization's president Manas Kumar Saha, vice president Md. Afchar Rabbi, General Secretary Mehdi Hasan Mithu, Treasurer. Tofail Kabir Niloy, organizing secretary. Habibul Murdalin was present as publicity and publication editor, Umme Habiba Sultana, trainer Fardin Zahid Akash, assistant publicity and publication editor Samin Yasar, assistant organizing resource, Rafsan Jani Rafi, Md. Azhabul Anwar, assistant coach Rakibul Islam Akand and executive members Satyajeet Bhowmik, Shouvik Sarkar, Fakhruzzaman Khaliq.

Press Club Joint Secretary Nurul Islam Rudra, Treasurer Hasan Naeem, Executive Member Adnan Hriday, General Members Noman Mia and Naeem Ahmed Shubo and many others were present in the meeting.

President of SUST Chess Club Manas Kumar Saha said, We have started the journey with chess loving students of the university. There are plans to organize various tournaments and training workshops to improve the game of chess. Student participation has also increased. Hopefully, in the future, this platform will work with reputation by training students who want to play chess.
