Cricketer Zakir Hasan admitted to Metropolitan University

Zakir Hasan, another cricketer of the national team, has been admitted to Metropolitan University, one of the top private universities in the country.

He was admitted to the 59th batch of Business Administration Department on Monday, May 22. Prior to this he passed HSC with merit from BKSP. At the end of the admission process, Zakir Hasan, MBA student of Metropolitan University, fielding coach and former captain of the national team and Assistant Director (Sports) of Metropolitan University, Rajin Saleh and 31st batch student of Business Administration Department of Metropolitan University, cricketer of the national team, Syed Khaled Ahmed, along with Vice Chancellor Professor Mohammad Zahirul Haque. Met at his office.

At that time, the registrar of the Metropolitan University, Tarek Islam, advisor of MU Sports Club and assistant professor of business administration department. Saidur Rahman Palash was present.

It is to be noted that national team cricketer Abdur Razzak MBA 27 batch, Abu Zaheed Rahi BBA 41 batch, former co-captain of Under-19 national cricket team Rahatul Ferdous Javed MBA 45 batch are students of Metropolitan University.

In this regard, Vice Chancellor Professor Mohammad Zahirul Haque said, "I am extremely happy that besides the admission of national team cricketers to our university, our students are getting a chance in the national cricket team. Etc. renowned music artist Toshiba is also a student of our Law and Judiciary department. Comedian Abidul Islam Roni, who created a response in Miracle, also completed his BBA from our university.

The students of this university are working in different levels of the country's administration and judiciary, including Google, Amazon and the New York Stock Exchange, and in NGOs, donor organizations and the private sector; Some are becoming top entrepreneurs. Apart from ensuring modern educational facilities, the university has large playgrounds and other ancillary facilities to encourage co-curricular activities. For this, I thank Metropolitan University founder and chairman of the board of trustees, educationist Taufiq Rahman Chowdhury and vice chairman Tanveer MO Rahman Chowdhury.

The Vice-Chancellor further said that the presence of national team cricketers will enhance the standard and reputation of sports in the university, inspire and motivate our other students and provide expert guidance to our cricket team. I hope their achievements and skills contribute to a vibrant sporting culture. They must instill a sense of pride in the Metropolitan University family by giving equal importance to studies and sports.
