MC College student Aminul made an incredible record in boxing
Aminul achieved the glory of 7 wins and 45 round fights as the first Bangladeshi professional boxer. Bangladesh Professional Boxing Society organized the Independence Day Knockout Challenge Boxing Competition at Shyamoli Park Ground in Dhaka Capital. The best 24 male and female professional boxers selected from 15 districts of the country participated in the boxing championship held on March 19.
International professional boxer Aminul Islam, Honors student of Islamic History and Culture Department of Sylhet MC College, fought in Super Flyweight 52kg category in the championship. In the 6-round fight, Aminul Islam won by knocking out his opponent in the second round. Aminul Islam started his professional boxing journey on August 13, 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Aminul Islam is a Bangladeshi professional boxer who has completed 12 professional boxing fights in his career.
Apart from Aminul Islam, no Bangladeshi boxer in the history of Bangladesh has achieved the glory of having 12 fights in professional boxing. Aminul Islam set two more incredible records in professional boxing. Aminul achieved the glory of 7 wins and 45 round fights as the first Bangladeshi professional boxer. The person who started Aminul Islam's journey in professional boxing is World General Secretary of Universal Boxing Council and Chairman of Bangladesh Professional Boxing Society. Asaduzzaman.
