Tisha and Farooki celebrate 13 years of marriage

Nusrat Imrose Tisha and Mostofa Sarwar Farooki, one of the most loved celebrity couples, tied the knot on July 16, 2010. Through life's ups and downs, they always prioritise being there for one other. Recently, the couple did a special photoshoot for their 13th anniversary by wearing their wedding outfit.

Farooki shared the interesting story behind their photoshoot and how they coincidentally came to where he proposed.

"Life is really unpredictable; it writes its own script and gives us surprise. As we have completed 13 years of togetherness, Tisha came up with a plan to celebrate this day by wearing our wedding outfit. The photoshoot will highlight the same person, the same outfit but with different time and a beautiful addition, our daughter Ilham," read his post.

The couple did their photoshoot in a picnic spot near Dhaka called Hijol Tomal. "When we went there we realised we shot 'Nikhoj Shongbad' in its owner's house. That was the exact spot when I proposed to Tisha and she said yes. To come exactly on that spot after 13 years of marriage is no coincidence; this was something that destiny had planned for us," added the director.

Although their bond was strong; they had to face lots of hardship to become parents. "We have seen lots of ups and downs. However, our journey has been incredibly wonderful. I am really dependent on you for everything. Even now, whenever I travel abroad, I can't sleep at night without turning on the light as I get scared. How can I leave this world without you? The thought of that terrifies me. It's really weird isn't it we were born and raised separately but now I can't even imagine a second without you. I have a lot of things that I want to say to you but all I can say right now is 'I love you Tisha. Happy Anniversary to us," he concluded.
