Ranbir is interested in `Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani` sequel
Ranbir Kapoor's 2013 film "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" (YJHD) is one of the most beloved movies of all time, and in a recent virtual conversation with his fans, Ranbir stated that the film "would make a good sequel." When asked which of his films, other than Brahmastra, he "would want to do a sequel of," the actor suggested YJHD.
When asked about the narrative of the film, Ranbir Kapoor stated it may be set "ten years in the future," depicting where Bunny, Naina, Avi, and Aditi are in their lives. Ranbir played Bunny in the love drama, Deepika played Naina and Aditya, and Kalki played Aditi and Avi, respectively. The plot centered around their friendship and love narratives.
"I believe 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani' would make an excellent sequel. I recall Ayan having a very wonderful story before embarking on this Brahmastra adventure. Never, however, say never. He might be able to make it after a few years. I believe the story will take place ten years later, where Bunny, Naina, Avi, and Aditi are in their lives. I think it'll be quite interesting and nice to explore those characters," Ranbir stated recently during a fan interaction.
Ranbir Kapoor's physical transformation
Ranbir was most recently seen in the film "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar". He will next be featured in "Animal", directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, alongside Rashmika Mandanna. He is also working on "Brahmastra 2 and 3".
