Bangladesh Festival in Canada : Logo unveiling
The logo of 'Bangladesh Festival Alberta' was unveiled at the Bangladesh Center in Calgary, Canada, to highlight the culture, history and traditions of Bangladesh, which is multi-lingual and accessible to the new generation. The program is sponsored by Prairie Western College in Calgary. Media partner Channel i and Alberta's first Bengali online portal Probus Bangla Voice.
At this time, the president of Bangladesh Canada Association of Calgary Kois Chowdhury and general secretary Shubhra Das Shubhra highlighted the various aspects of the mega program to be held on August 26 and 27. At this time, the leaders of the organization and prominent people of the community were present.
President of Bangladesh Canada Association of Calgary Kois Chowdhury said, after a long break after covid we are all going to come together again through Bangladesh Festival. Our aim is to bring our culture to the people of many speaking cultures. And for that purpose, this time we are going to organize a two-day mega event.
Kazi Junayed, vice president of Bangladesh Canada Association of Calgary, said, Bangladeshi expatriates from other provinces and cities will also participate with us in this two-day event. People from other cultures will also attend the event.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Canada Association of Calgary Shubhra Das Shubhra said that famous artists of Bangladesh will be present in this big budget event. We have already received great response from the community. We want to make 'Bangladesh Festival Alberta 2023' a success with everyone's cooperation.
Cultural editor Umm Tanya Ipa said, you will be very happy to know that the famous artist of Bangladesh Sabina Yasmin is coming to participate in this event. Besides, our programs are arranged in such a way that all classes of audience are impressed.
Apart from artist Sabina Yasmin, Bangladesh's Imran, Kana, Muza and many others will be present in this mega event.
