New Committee of JU Alumni UK Branch announced

A new committee of Jahangirnagar University Alumni Association (JUAC) has been formed, an organization of former students of Jahangirnagar University living in UK. On this occasion, the general secretary of the organization, Saber Shah, conducted the meeting held in a local restaurant in London under the chairmanship of Iqbal Hossain, acting president of the alumni association.

In the meeting, various activities of gambling were openly discussed. After the discussion, the old committee was declared dissolved and the new committee of Juak was announced. The name of President Shahidul Islam and General Secretary Alim Al Razi was announced by Juwak's founder and former member secretary Parvez Mallik.

The new committee was formed to spontaneous applause and unanimous applause from those present. After that, the present members of Juak welcomed the newly formed committee with flowers.

Iqbal Hussain, Saber Shah, Asma Shah, Zahir Uddin, Rana Islam and Parvez Mallick were nominated as advisors. Waqarul Amin Roni was nominated as senior vice president and Habibur Rahman, Niaz Uddin, Anisur Rahman, Matiur Rahman Matin, Ashraful Alam, Chowdhury Niaz Mahmud and Farhana Yasmin Chaman as vice presidents. Mahbooba Nazrina Zebin was nominated as the Senior Joint General Secretary and Iftekhar Iftikhar was nominated as the Organizing Secretary.

Based on the discussion of all those present, the responsibility of forming the full committee of Juak was assigned to the president and general secretary of the new committee. The newly formed committee promised to carry out the duties assigned to them with devotion and promised to organize the plenary program after Eid.

Izlal Siddiqul, Mukit Shams Joy, Zulfiqar Ali, Bidyut, Bulbul Ahmed, Mahmuda Razzaq, Tanjim Mahabub, Ayan etc. were also present in the meeting. At this time, Parvez Mallik, former member secretary of Juak's 50th anniversary celebration committee, displayed the magazine 'Batighar'.
