Bangladeshi-American Fair in Michigan will held on July 22

Bangladeshi-American fair is going to start in Michigan, America. The Bangladesh Association of Michigan Left has organized this fair for two days from next Saturday and Sunday (July 22-23) at Warren City Square.

The fair will run from 5 pm to 11 pm every day. 30 stalls of Bangladeshi clothing, jewelery and food will participate in the fair. The organizers announced the completion of all preparations for the fair at a meet the press at a restaurant on Saturday afternoon local time.

They said that this fair has been organized with the aim of spreading the tradition and culture of Bangladesh among the new generation abroad. This is the 14th Bangla Mela organized by Bangladesh Association of Michigan Left.

14 music artists from North America including popular Bangladeshi bands Fuad and Fancy, Panthkanai, Model Star Muza, folk singer Kalamiya and his group will sing in the fair. Local popular artists will also perform music. Apart from this, there is a document on the rebel poet Kazi Nazrul Islam.

There are attractive prizes in the raffle draw at the fair. Besides, free bookbags will be distributed among children and teenagers in the fair. Organizers expect more than 10,000 visitors to attend this fair.

Bangladesh Association of Michigan Bam president Jabed Chowdhury, secretary Suman Kabir, former president Matin Chowdhury, Ahad Ahmed, BAM treasurer Jasim Chowdhury, advisor Khaja Shahab Ahmed, Azhar Rahman and other members of the BAM spoke at Meet the Press.
