Tonta Mia a Saudi expatriate sought justice in the High Court

Tonta Mia said, Kayes Sheikh of our area destroyed three bigha of crop land by extracting sand with a dredger. I am seeking Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's cooperation in this regard. Now I want justice from the court.
He said that the Prime Minister had said in a meeting and procession that houses cannot be built by destroying cropland. I heard that the government has formed an investigation committee in each upazila. Now where is the investigation committee? In 2017, Kayes Sheikh started a business of sand mining with dredgers, destroying cropland. He is not allowing three bighas of land to grow crops for 4 years due to business interruption. Oppressing and torturing my family. Not getting any help from the law. This is why I have come to the court to seek justice.
