Iftar mahfil organized by expatriates in Maldives

An iftar mahfil has been organized for the public by the initiative of expatriate Bangladeshis in the auditorium of Bilabong School in Male, the capital of Maldives.

Bangladesh Ambassador to Maldives Rear Admiral SM Abul Kalam Azad was present as the chief guest at the Iftar function hosted by expatriate businessman Ghazi Sadek.

The leader of Four L International was present as a guest. Hadiul Islam, Hasil Investment Private Limited CEO and prominent businessman. Khalilur Rahman, leader of Dhaka Traders. Babul Hossain, NBL Money Transfer Pvt. Ltd. CEO Masudur Rahman, Maya Investment Private Limited CEO Altaf Hossain, expatriate businessman Md. Zahirul Islam, Asfi Pvt. Ltd.'s CEO and expatriate businessman MKR Kamal Hossain, businessman Md. Quddus, Md. Billal Hossain, consular assistant of the embassy Al Mamun Pathan and Md. Jasim Uddin.

Speaking as the chief guest at the Iftar party, High Commissioner SM Abul Kalam Azad said that this kind of Iftar party is admirable on the initiative of expatriates. Everyone should cooperate from their respective positions to build a prosperous Bangladesh.
