Nadira to get degree from Ulster University
Nadira, a child of Shreemangal Upazila, Moulvibazar, obtained a degree in International Business with Advanced Practice from Ulster University in London on April 25.
Nasreen Akhter Nadira is the 5th daughter of late Nawab Mia and Renu Begum of Chafed Mia Road, Shyamali Residential Area, Srimangal Town.
Nadira moved to London in 2020 to study International Business with Advanced Practice at Ulster University, London.
Nasreen Akhter Nadira was born on 16 May 1994 in Shyamoli residential area of Shreemangal town. She is the 5th sister among 6 sisters.
Nadira's sister Yasmin Akhtar Shireen told Eye News reporter on Tuesday (May 2) that my sister (Nadira) graduated from Haji Abdul Ghafoor High School in 2010 from Science Department, HSC from The Birds Residential Model School and College Science Department in 2012 and Sylhet in 2016. Ornas from MC College and passed Masters in Statistics in 2018.
Nasreen Akhtar Nadira said on the phone from London on Tuesday, "My father had a dream about me since childhood that I should grow up and be established." For this I studied hard and my father always supported me. After successfully completing my Honors and Masters from MC College, I came to London to study Masters at Ulster University in the September session of 2020. My favorite subject was International Business with Advanced Practice.
Nadira said, I have successfully completed my course in September 2022. Later this year I got my graduation ceremony last 25th April. This achievement of mine eased all my sufferings. And I think I have fulfilled my father's dream. I have come so far today with the prayers of my father, mother and sister. I pray to the countrymen that I can maintain my achievements and success continuously and make the name of the country shine.
He also said, "I miss my father the most in this success. I would be happy if my dear father was alive today. I want to work for the welfare of the people of the country and the people of my own city. I wish for blessings from everyone."
