Reception and dinner honor of diplomats in Bahrain
Bangladesh Embassy Bahrain organized a very grand reception and dinner on the occasion of the great Independence Day of Bangladesh in honor of the diplomats of various countries stationed in Bahrain. The event was held last Sunday as it was the holy month of Ramadan on March 26. The current image of the country along with the culture of Bangladesh was displayed very fluently in the event which lasted from 7:30 pm to 10 pm at Diplomat Radisson Blu The Grand Ambassador Hall.
Ambassador of Bangladesh Mohammad Nazrul Islam and his wife welcomed the guests who brought all the officials of the embassy.
At this time, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of Bangladesh's independence, the ambassador cut the cake along with all the diplomats, including Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Under Secretary (Political Affairs) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain.
Students of Bangladesh school performed songs and dances on the occasion.
Bangladeshi businessmen staying in Bahrain, leaders of political, social and regional organizations, media workers and members of the Royal Family of Bahrain and high-ranking officials and ambassadors and diplomats of various countries present including the British, Japanese, Philippine, Indian ambassadors enjoyed the event. Finally, guests invited by the Ambassador attended the dinner.
