Bangladeshis expatriate arranged annual picnic in Canada
The annual banquet of expatriate Bangladeshis was held in Calgary, Canada. Apart from the busy life of the city, it was an emotional and joyous event with the participation of Bangladeshis from all walks of life, including children, teenagers, young people and the elderly in the pleasant weather of summer.
Children, teenagers, men, women participated in various events in the day-long program organized in the green forest of Edarthy Park in Calgary, Canada.
The annual banquet organized by the Bangladesh Canada Association of Calgary (BCAOC) was a day-long event with breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to this, the large picnic spot surrounded by green forests became full of chatter and stories among the people of the community.
Eminent Rabindra Sangeet, one of the community organizers, Rita Karmakar engaged in food management said, I look forward to this day every year. In this meeting I found Bengali society, culture and its glorious heritage.
BCAOC president Kois Chowdhury said, this is our continuous effort to introduce the new generation to our culture. He thanked and thanked all the members of the community for making this grand event a success.
General Secretary Shubhra Das said, the continuous support and cooperation of the Bangladeshi community of Calgary in every event organized by BCAOC gives rise to a different kind of joy and love in our hearts. Even if we work day and night, there is no pressure of fatigue on our eyes.
