BNP’s Iftar and Dua Mahfil in Michigan
Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Michigan branch of America has organized Doa and Iftar Mahfil. On Sunday (March 26) afternoon, an Iftar party was held at a restaurant in Hamtramic City. BNP's iftar party turned into a get-together with the participation of hundreds of leaders and activists of the party's organs and affiliated organizations.
At this time, prayers were prayed for the soul of former president Ziaur Rahman, the founder of the party, and for the recovery of chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia. In the Great War of Liberation, millions of martyrs and leaders and activists who died under the torture of the government party are prayed for the forgiveness of souls. BNP vice-president Maulana Kabir Ahmed led the prayers.
The discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of Michigan BNP President Dewan Akmal Chowdhury and moderated by General Secretary Salim Ahmed. Hamtramic City Mayor Kamrul Hasan and Councilman Al Somari were the invited guests.
