Iftar party in France honor of expatriate journalists

Bangladesh Business Consulting (BBC) has organized an iftar party in honor of Bengali media journalists based in France. Sunday (April 9) this iftar was organized at the Clysse Cafe du Luna in the capital Paris.

Senior Journalist Professor Apu Alam presided over the iftar party and the distinguished businessman Subrata Bhattacharya Shubor conducted as the chief guest, All European Association Ayebar Secretary General Kazi Enayet Ullah.

ATN Bangla France Correspondent Debesh Barua, Tritiya Bangla.com Editor Enayet Hossain Sohail, Time TV Lutfur Rahman Babu, Euro BD Twenty-four.com Editor Imran Mahmood, R TV's Taizul Faiz, Dainik Aamr Time's Abdul Malek Himu, Euro Focus spoke at the iftar ceremony. Its CEO M Ali Chowdhury, Bangla Telegram editor Shah Sohail Ahmed, NTV Europe representative Abul Kalam Mamun, DBC News Iqbal Md. Zafar, Russel Ahmad of Bangla TV, Shabul Ahmad of Daily Pratidin Bangladesh, Badal Pal of Daily Mukt Khabar, Salah Uddin Editor of Paris Time.

Ekushe Celebration Parishad France Member Secretary Emdadul Haque Swapan, Swarlipi Shilpi Group General Secretary Mohammad Ali, Barisal Divisional Community France President Ubaidul Islam Riyad, eminent community leader Kamal Sikdar were present among others.

To the chief guest, journalists presented a proposal to establish a permanent cultural center for the new generation growing up in France. He agreed to establish a cultural center.

Chief guest Kazi Enayetullah said that a larger discussion and action plan will be decided after Mahe Ramadan for the establishment of the cultural center. He emphasized on building good relations between Bangladesh Embassy and Bangladesh community in France.
