Eid-ul-Fitr holiday announced in the United Arab Emirates
The holy Eid-ul-Fitr holiday has been declared in the United Arab Emirates. However, it is not yet certain whether government and private employees will get four or five days off this year.
According to the announcement of the Central Human Resources Authority of the Emirates, this Eid-ul-Fitr holiday will be from 29 Ramadan to 3 Shawwal. In the Islamic calendar, the month begins or ends depending on the sighting of the moon.
The holy month of Ramadan began in the Middle Eastern country on March 23.
According to the official announcement of the Emirates, if Ramadan ends in 29 days this year, there will be four days off from April 20 to April 23. And if Ramadan ends in 30 days, then the holiday will be five days.
