Discussion meeting of expatriate Awami League in Canada
Canada's expatriate Awami League organization has organized a discussion program on the role of expatriate soldiers in the upcoming national parliament elections and the role of expatriate soldiers in the memory of martyrs and the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
An iftar was organized on the occasion at Toronto's Redheart Tandoori. Ontario Awami League general secretary Liton Masud moderated the event.
The speakers highlighted the political vision of People's Leader Sheikh Hasina, her sacrifice for Bangladesh, personal, humanitarian qualities, diplomatic relations, strong courage, foreign policy and immense love for people.
The speaker also said that the soldiers of the people's leaders in the diaspora are united in the implementation of Bangabandhu's ideals. Determined to follow the leader's instructions on any national issue. In the discussion on the occasion of the next national parliament election, the speakers in their speech presented various facts and data about the development and progress of the government of Bangabandhu and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and urged to strengthen the hand of the people's leader. In their speech, the speakers expressed their strong conviction to work together with all the supporters of the liberation war and to play a strong role for the leader from abroad and to play a strong role against the Awami League and anti-government propaganda. In view of the upcoming elections, importance is placed on strengthening the greater unity of the Awami family in Canada.
