Do not lift heavy objects

Use a pregnancy belt
It is better to use a pregnancy belt during this time. It supports the upper body and abdominal muscles. The pregnancy belt keeps the spine straight and prevents pain. So try using a pregnancy belt.

Do not wear heels
Everyone should avoid wearing heels during pregnancy. Try to use soft shoes during this time. It is better to wear low height shoes.
