Foods that can be dangerous with tea

Even if you drink a few cups throughout the day at work, you can't go without sipping a cup of tea when you get home tired from the office. A cup of steaming hot tea takes away all tiredness in no time. Since dinner is eaten early, many people do not eat a heavy tiffin in the evening. But there is 'ta' with tea.

Sour food
Don't forget to eat foods that contain acid with tea. Tea contains antioxidants called catechins, which combine with acid to cause digestive upset.

Dairy food
Tea also contains another type of anti-oxidant called polyphenols. This anti-oxidant can shed excess body fat. But drinking milk-tea does not provide these benefits. Milk destroys the quality of polyphenols. So nutritionists recommend drinking liquor or color tea instead of milk tea.

Sweet
Cakes, biscuits with tea are very popular 'ta'. But nutritionists say, never eat these sweet foods with tea. As a result, high blood pressure levels in the body can increase. Even, nutritionists believe that there is a risk of developing diabetes.
