Heat stroke and heat flux

The end of the picture. Baisakh is coming. In the meantime, a huge heat flow has started. According to meteorologists, the temperature will touch 38 degrees. The holy month of Ramadan is upon him. Everyone, including the children, was out of breath due to this intense heat flow. A serious aspect of this extreme heat flow is heat stroke.

Laborers, garment workers, those who do open field farming and those who drive rickshaws and vehicles in extreme heat are at high risk of heat stroke. This heat stroke can sometimes lead to death. Symptoms of heat stroke

* Body temperature rises to 104 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit.

* Severe headache and nausea.

* Skin becomes red, dry, crusty.

* Pulse volume increases or decreases.

* Many times the affected person becomes unconscious.

What to do to prevent heat stroke

* Children should be taken out of the house as little as possible.

* Take care that the environment of the house does not contain vampas. It is better to have electric fan, air cooler, AC.

* Wear light, comfortable cotton clothing.

* Daily bath should be ensured.

* Keep easy digestible food, liquid food, fruit juice in the daily food list.

* When leaving the house, definitely keep umbrella, sunglasses with you.

* Always keep food and water with you.

What to do if you suffer from heat stroke

* A person suffering from heat stroke should be quickly moved to the shade and his clothes should be poured into the ashak dhil.

* Ice or cold water should be applied to the folds of the body, under the neck, armpits or groin and water should be sprinkled on the eyes.

* Drink plenty of pure water and fruit juice.

* If there is no improvement, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Heatstroke from this heat flow can happen to anyone. So be careful and stay safe. Awareness is liberation.
