He is safe today because his doctor immediately understood the matter. And so it is important to be careful not to be afraid.
In 2018, the Atherosclerosis Risk in Community Surveillance Study conducted a survey based on data from more than 28,000 hospitals. And there it was seen that the number of heart attacks is highest in the age group of 35-54 years. And most of them are women.
After menopause, there is an imbalance in the estrogen hormone in the body. Due to which the possibility of coronary artery disease increases. During pregnancy, there are various hormonal changes in the body. There is also pressure on women's bodies. Later on there is a possibility that the blood pressure will increase. That is why the incidence of heart disease is high among women.
Research over the past few years has shown that obesity, diabetes and excessive tobacco use are among the main causes of heart disease. And so if there is a problem like shortness of breath even after a little more effort, then it is necessary to be careful from the beginning. Along with that, blood pressure and diabetes should be checked regularly.
Also 30 minutes of physical exercise should be done every day. Along with eating nutritious food, walking and exercise are very important.
Sushmita said on her Instagram live that day, daily gym has helped save her life. He also sleeps 6-8 hours regularly, eats healthy food - which helped him recover from such a major heart attack.
Apart from this, salad, vegetables and dry fruits must be kept in the daily diet. Also, smoking, drinking and junk food should be avoided. Fiber, protein should be eaten more. Be as stress free as possible. Yoga should be practiced regularly if necessary. If you follow all these rules, you will be healthy.
