Unknowingly, we damage our teeth by eating too much food. If you are not careful about this in the early stage, you will face a lot of damage later.

Foods that damage teeth-

Sugar and candy
Sugar creates harmful bacteria in the mouth. Also, high fructose corn syrup or table sugar also works to increase oral cavity dirt. Gum disease is common among people who eat a lot of sweets. Candy, lollipops also contain a lot of sugar. Due to which children's teeth become weak.

Alcohol
Sugary alcoholic drinks are not good for teeth. It also increases the risk of mouth cancer. Alcohol causes dry mouth and bacteria build up in the mouth.

Fruit juice
Fruit juice is full of nutrients, but drinking too much can cause tooth damage. Fruit juices also contain some acid, which can be harmful to tooth enamel. Grape, orange, apple and lemon juices are especially high in acid.

White bread and starchy foods
Refined carbohydrates and starchy foods such as white bread, white rice and potato chips can damage oral health. Carbohydrates found in white bread and chips accelerate the growth of oral bacteria and cavities. Starchy foods often stick to the teeth, causing long-term damage to the teeth.

Baked sweets
Baked sweets also weaken teeth and increase gum disease. Avoid eating things like cakes and pastries in the morning. If you eat oats or cornflakes for breakfast, keep the sugar very low.
