Hacking an Apple account by mistake

If you suddenly see that your Apple account is locked, then you will understand that it has been hacked. Scammers are easily using the recovery key feature to hack.

According to a recent report, scammers are logging iPhone users out of their Apple accounts. That is, if you suddenly see that your Apple account is locked, then you will understand that it has been hacked.

And scammers are taking the help of recovery key feature very easily.  How do scammers do this? According to reports, scammers hacked a user's Apple account at a bar in Chicago. They first change the Apple ID password to empty the bank account.

Then enabled the recovery option on the phone, to log that user out of his account. And even after that, the user could not do anything on the phone. Instantly his bank account was empty. Now the question is how to avoid such fraud?

Use custom alphanumeric codes on iPhone:

If your iPhone supports biometric features, you can turn on Face ID or Touch ID. This way you won't need your passcode as much. If you still must use a passcode, choose alphanumeric.

Alphanumeric codes are very difficult for hackers to lcrack. Because they are made up of numbers and letters. 

Use Screen Time Password:

You can keep your Apple ID even more secure by using a Screen Time password. One problem with this feature is that you have to enter the Screen Time password every time you change Apple ID, which many of you may not like.

Lock your phone:

Lock your phone when not in use. This prevents hackers from accessing your iPhone directly. Also if your phone is locked, it will be difficult for a thief to access your iPhone after it is stolen.
