Twitter lost a huge number of subscribers
Company CEO Elon Musk started 'selling' Blue Tick on Twitter. Due to this, the micro blogging company has lost a large number of subscribers in the last few months.
According to a news daily, Elon Musk introduced new rules after taking ownership of Twitter. He started taking money for Blue Tick on Twitter. Even many celebrities were taken away by the Blue Tick. They got it back after paying the money. But because of this, many users are reluctant towards Twitter.
Twitter has lost more than half of its subscribers in a matter of months, according to a report. Where this micro blogging site had one and a half lakh subscribers, on April 30 it has reduced to 68 thousand 157 subscribers.
This means that 81 thousand 843 users or 54.5 percent have canceled their Twitter subscription. In fact, many people are reluctant to spend huge amounts of money to get online subscription services. They claim that even after spending eight to 11 dollars per month, no additional services are provided by Twitter. In addition, Twitter has not yet resolved some of the issues related to this issue.
