Finally the Chinese Prime Minister has changed

China's current Prime Minister Li Kuqiang is going to retire next Monday. Through this, the country is getting a new prime minister after 10 years. Kuqiang has been the Prime Minister of China since 2013.

According to the Vietnam Post, the next Prime Minister of China is the leader of the Communist Party Li Kiang (63).

The National People's Congress nominated Li Qiang as the new prime minister at the parliament in Beijing on Saturday morning. Qiang, a former Communist Party chief in China's largest city, Shanghai, will succeed current Premier Li Kuqiang.

Known to be close to Chinese President Xi Jinping, Li Qiang was the Chief of Defense Staff from 2004 to 2007.

Li Qiang was promoted to the second top position in the Politburo Standing Committee at the Council of the Chinese Communist Party last October. The indication that he is the next prime minister was immediately met.

Earlier, Xi Jinping officially took over as the President of China for the third time in a row last Friday. Through this, after 1949, Xi is going to make a record of ruling the longest in the country's history.

When Xi Jinping first came to power, it was still in the Chinese constitution that no one can serve two terms, i.e. more than 10 years. But this restriction was removed by changing the constitution. Xi took this initiative mainly to prolong his power.
