Women threw mobile phones at Modi!

A woman threw a mobile phone at Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's car. The incident took place on Sunday during election campaigning in the country's Karnataka state.

However, the Karnataka police said that the mobile phone that flew towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's car belonged to a woman. He is a BJP worker. He had no intention to hurt Modi.

According to the police, the phone was not fired at Prime Minister Narendra Modi with malicious intent. After initial investigation, they think the phone was dropped from the woman's hand. SPG members who are in charge of security of the prime minister returned the phone to the woman.

However, Karnataka Police ADG (Law and Order) Alok Kumar said that the police have not found the woman. If they find that woman, they can be more sure about it.

Assembly elections will be held in the southern Indian state of Karnataka on May 10. The Prime Minister held meetings in various places of the state on Sunday to promote that election. Later he also did road shows. A mobile phone was fired at Modi's car during a road show in Mysuru.

At the time of the incident, the Prime Minister was riding in a special car and was waving at the crowd. A crowd gathered around to see him. Just then a mobile phone suddenly flew out of the crowd. Although the phone did not touch Modi. He fell in front of the car.

After the incident, the security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been questioned.
