Nepal plane crash : At least 6 d e a d

At least six people were killed in a plane crash in Nepal. Five Mexican nationals were killed in a plane crash north of Kathmandu early Tuesday morning, a government official said.
The crashed plane belongs to Manang Air. The plane crashed in Likhu area north of Kathmandu on Tuesday morning. Manang Air is one of the few airlines that take tourists to the highest mountain peaks in Nepal, including Mount Everest, the world's highest peak.
Such plane crashes occur frequently in the country. Local and foreign tourists also lost their lives. Kathmandu airport official Teknath Sitaula said rescuers had found the bodies of five people on board the plane and were continuing to search for the body of another person.
He said five Mexican nationals and a Nepalese pilot were on board the plane when it crashed.
Many airlines in this Himalayan country transport passengers from small airports in remote mountains and cloud-covered highlands. Due to which plane accidents often occur during take-off and landing in the country.
In January this year, one of the deadliest plane crashes in Nepal's 30-year history took place. At least 31 people lost their lives in the plane crash near Pokhara, a famous tourist city of the country.
