US expatriates stood by the side of the afflicted people

Love Share BD, a Bangladeshi organization in Virginia, USA, stands by the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. They organized a unique event on Saturday and raised Tk 55 lakh. This money will be sent to the two affected countries through UNICEF.

Next to Artamanavata, the Bangladeshi organization Love Share BD in Virginia, USA. They raised money for earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria in the Springfield area on Saturday. Expatriates of different ages have come forward in this initiative, as well as the affected Turkish citizens have praised the event.
 
Washington University of Science and Technology Chairman Abu Bakr Hanip said, "We have collected about 20 thousand dollars. We have given that. Besides, urgent goods have been sent.
 
President of Washington University of Science and Technology Hasan Karabark said, suffering has no religion, no caste, no nationality. We are proud to stand by those who are suffering from the earthquake.
 
Local artists performed music on the occasion. There was a fair of different products, various arrangements including local food. The organizers said that they took this initiative to collect funds with their teammates after witnessing the indescribable suffering of the earthquake-ravaged residents of Turkey through various channels.
 
Chairman, Love Share BD Chairman Zakir Khan said, after such a terrible earthquake, we felt we had to do something. 25 thousand dollars is being given from the fund of Profit Share BD. We have received an assurance of another 25 thousand dollars in funds.
 
Those concerned say that Bangladeshis here have proved that Bangladesh is a humanitarian and generous nation by standing by the side of earthquake-ravaged Turkey and Syria even from afar.
