16 killed building fire in Dubai
At least 16 people died in a fire in a residential building in Dubai, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. 9 others were injured.
This information was informed in a report of Gulf News on Sunday (April 16).
It is said that this fire occurred in a residential building in Al Ras area of the country on Saturday afternoon. The injured have been admitted to hospital.
Witnesses reported seeing flames and thick black smoke billowing from the building. Some rushed to the building to help those trapped. But they could not do anything because of the smoke.
Meanwhile, in the preliminary investigation, the concerned authority found the security deficiency of the building.
