Thin Beef Broth Recipe for Sahri
Thin beef broth with warm rice is good for sahri. But many can understand the amount of broth while cooking. You never know when adding broth will make it tastier. In that case, the smell of raw spices remains in the cooked meat of many people. So let's know the correct recipe for cooking thin beef broth-
What it takes to make
Beef - 1 kg
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 4 pieces
Cloves - 4
Bay leaves - 2
Salt - to taste
Green chillies- 4-5
Chopped onion- 1 cup
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Oil- 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp.
How to make
Cut the meat into pieces and wash it. Now put oil in a cooking pot and add chopped onions. When the chopped onions become a little soft, add all the spices one by one except the green chillies. Add little water if necessary. Once the masala is ground, add the beef and continue to grind it well. Cook on low flame. Stir occasionally. The water coming out of the meat will cook the meat a lot. Add enough water in such condition. As much broth as you want to eat, give water accordingly. Then add green chillies and let it burn for a while. Sprinkle cumin powder before lowering.
