Maybe you have faced such problem sometimes. But there is no reason to worry, ginger and garlic batter can be kept well for at least six months if stored according to some methods. If you want to keep it for two months
Peel and wash ginger and garlic. Then put it in a blender. Add two spoons of mustard oil with it. Do not use water. Now blend well. Once blended, add a little salt to the batter masala and mix well. Then put it in an air tight box and keep it in the fridge. This masala will be good for at least two months.

If you want to keep it for five months
Mix ginger and garlic paste with mustard oil and little salt. Now place it in an ice tray with a spoon and store it in the deep freezer. You can also save in different ways. You can wrap the tray with a plastic wrapper and put it in a zip polybag and keep it in the deep freezer. It will be better. After that, when needed, the cube should be opened and used in cooking.

If you want to keep more than six months
If you want your ginger and garlic batter to last for more than six months, there is a way. First, blend ginger and garlic and mix two spoons of mustard oil with it. Now mix three-four spoons of white vinegar with it. Then store in an air tight box or ziplock bag in the fridge. If you store it like this, you can use it for more than six months.
