SSC exams begin across country
SSC and equivalent examinations have started simultaneously across the country with full marks and full time in the reorganized short syllabus. The examination started at 10 am on Sunday (April 30) in 3 thousand 810 centers of 11 education boards of the country.
This year 20 lakh 72 thousand 163 candidates will take part in the examination under all education boards. Among them, the number of students is 10 lakh 21 thousand 197 and 10 lakh 50 thousand 966 female students. This year total educational institutions are 29 thousand 798. Among them, 9 general education boards have 2 thousand 244 centers and 17 thousand 786 educational institutions.
Madrasa Education Board has total 716 centers and 9 thousand 85 educational institutions. Technical education board has total 850 centers and total educational institutes 2 thousand 927. This time the total number of educational institutions increased by 207 and centers increased by 20.
Meanwhile, at around 9:30 in the morning, the education minister came to visit the SSC center of Badda High School in the capital. Deepu Moni. During this time, he visited the entire center along with the officials of the Ministry of Education. Along with that, he inquired about the overall affairs of the examination center from everyone concerned.
Earlier, the students of this center and their parents started crowding outside the center around 8:30 in the morning. With that, students started entering the center from 9 am.
According to the group-wise statistics of 9 general education boards, 5 lakh 44 thousand 574 people in science department, 8 lakh 23 thousand 885 people in humanities and 2 lakh 80 thousand 816 candidates in business education will participate in the SSC examination.
