Fire at Dhaka new super market
A fire broke out at the New Super Market in the capital's New Market area. 19 units of fire service are working to control the fire.
The fire started at 5:40 am on Saturday (April 15).
Shahjahan Sikder, Officer-in-Charge (OC-Media) of the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defense, said that the fire broke out at New Super Market at 5:40 a.m. today and the fire service unit reached the spot within 5:43 a.m. and started controlling the fire. Later the number of units was increased to 19. However, no casualties have been reported so far.
