Shanta scored his first ODI century

Tiger cricketer Nazmul Hossain Shanto has played 22 ODI matches till date in his international career. However, this top order batsman has not seen a century so far. Shanto finally got his first century in ODI career in his 23rd match. This left-handed batsman scored a great century in the second one-day match of the series against Ireland.

However, Shant came to the crease with the bat, and the team was under pressure to score runs. Because in this match the Irish have collected 319 runs. After the departure of Tamim Iqbal, Shanto continued to progress well with Liton Das. But Liton failed to provide suitable companionship to Shanto. Opener Litton led the way to the pavilion by scoring a personal 21 runs.

After losing 2 wickets, Nazmul Hossain Shanto and Shakib Al Hasan continued to show hope from that pressure. But Shakib also went back to personal 26 runs.
