Messi should go to Aston Villa : Emi Martinez
Leo Messi may be the only player in the top leagues with 20 goals and 20 assists this season but this doesn't stop PSG fans from booing him.
His Argentina teammate Emiliano Martinez who plays for Aston Villa doesn't get that — and suggests a transfer.
Martinez told "I would bring Leo to Aston Villa if he is booed there. I'll treat him to a mate and cook stakes for him. I'll ask people to wave small Argentina flags in the stadium and take a pay cut if needed."
Martinez clearly adores Messi and he made it known during the World Cup celebrations.
As for Aston Villa, while Messi is unlikely to go there, the team is building an impressive project under Unai Emery. They are on course to finish seventh and play in the Conference League next season and they are reportedly preparing for a big summer.
