Bangladesh lost the series to Afghanistan

On the one hand, the fight to save the series, on the other hand, the absence of the regular captain Tamim, all together, Bangladesh entered the field today with some added pressure. The image of that disappointment has emerged in the team's performance on the field. Destruction of the batting at the start when chasing a big target.

From there, Bangladesh managed to save at least the standard with the bat of Mushfiq-Miraj. But could not survive in the series. With a 142-run victory, the visitors confirmed Sirih with one match in hand. And Afghanistan won the ODI series against Bangladesh for the first time.

After losing the toss, Afghanistan scored 331 runs after losing 9 wickets in the scheduled 50 overs. Maximum 145 runs for the visitors came from the bat of Rahmanullah Gurbaz. Moreover, another opener Ibrahim Zadran also got a century. Bangladesh's innings stopped at 189 runs in 2 balls after 43 overs chasing a mountain target. Where the highest 69 runs came from the bat of Mushfiq.

After losing the toss in the afternoon, the two openers of Afghanistan were cautious in the beginning. Soon they began to match their wings. Ibrahim holds one end, Gurbaz appears in a familiar manner. The loose bowling of the Bangladeshi bowlers also helped them to some extent. Hasan, Mustafizra were trying to get line-length from the beginning. Hasan is also seen hitting no balls in the over step several times.

Gurbaz gradually became terrible. Without giving any chance, he started running at breakneck speed. The opener, who scored 18 off the first 30 balls, touched his fifty off 48 balls. Later he reached 100 balls for his fourth career century. Even after the century, his bat continued to fail. Bangladesh was not getting any direction to break the opening pair.

After the century, the fearsome star quickly increased his runs and reached his half hundred. He needs 24 balls to go from 100 to 145. He was on the verge of taking the game out of touch with the T20 genre. He was dismissed LBW while playing on the back foot to Shakib. He hit 13 fours and 8 sixes for 145 runs in an innings of 125 balls.

After his departure, Afghanistan's record-setting opening pair collapsed. They lost 9 wickets for 75 runs to go from 256 to 331 for no wickets.

Bangladesh's pacers, who bowled loose at the start, found themselves in a slog over. Mostafiz took 2 wickets for 60 runs, Hassan got 2 wickets for 70 runs. While completing his spell, he fell over and injured his left leg. Before that, however, Ibadat took the wicket of Rahmat Shah. Although it was chaotic in the beginning, Shakib managed it later and made an impact. He bowled 10 overs and took 2 wickets for 50 runs. Mirage is quite a bit scratched. He took 2 wickets with 60 runs in 9 overs.

At the end, the opponent was stopped well before three and a half hundred, but the answer was given with the bat. The faded Bangladesh team ended the series in disappointment.
