Japa leader Death while making Jilapi in Osmaninagar
Japa leader Tajid Bux Limon (52) died of severe injuries after being burnt by a jilapi pan placed on the sidewalk of Osmani Nagar in Sylhet. He died while undergoing treatment in the ICU of Sylhet's Park View Medical College Hospital at 5:50 pm on Friday. The deceased is the son of late Khidir Bux of Karansi village in Goalabazar UP of Limon Upazila and convener of Goalabazar UP Jatiya Party.
Limon's death was confirmed by his nephew Babar Bux. He said that while under treatment at Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital, Tajid Bux Limon's physical condition deteriorated and he was admitted to Sylhet Park View Medical College Hospital at around 2 pm on Friday.
It is to be noted that on Saturday, March 25, Tajid Bux Limon repaired a watch at Churab Mia's watch shop next to Elite Confectionery Taste in Goalabazar of upazila. Limon had an argument with Churab before the Iftar. At one point, Limon was seriously burnt while making delicious jalapeños on the sidewalk when there was a fight between the two. After the incident, locals rescued him and sent him to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital. Limon, who was undergoing treatment at the Osmani Medical College Hospital, deteriorated and was admitted to the ICU of Park View Medical College Hospital in Sylhet at around 2 pm on Friday and died on Saturday at 5:50 pm.
