Moulvibazar Chief Judicial Magistrate transfer order issued

The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has issued the transfer order of Moulvibazar Chief Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Ali Ahsan.

He has been transferred to the post of Additional District Judge in the Kushtia District and Sessions Judge Court on the notification of the concerned Ministry dated 4th April 2023. Yesterday, Monday (April 10), the Magistrate Mr. Muhammad Ali Ahsan has handed over the responsibility.

Magistrate Mr. Muhammad Ali Ahsan joined Moulvibazar Chief Judicial Magistrate as Chief Judicial Magistrate in May 2018.

Since joining Moulvibazar district, he has worked towards establishing good governance through the proper application of law and ensuring the right of the general public to get fair justice, providing good service to the litigants and settling cases at the earliest.
