80 people got police jobs in Habiganj for 120 taka

80 people got job as Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) in Habiganj district keeping this slogan of service not job in front. 80 job aspirants of Habiganj district got job as Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) in Bangladesh Police for only 120 taka.

Under the overall supervision of Habiganj District Police Superintendent SM Murad Ali, 80 job seekers were initially selected from thousands of applicants on the basis of transparency and merit. This merit based recruitment process was started with 2800 candidates registered online in Habiganj Police Lines field on March 2-3 and 4 this year.

The written test was held on March 9 after the selection of physical ability in three stages. After the announcement of the results of the written test on the morning of March 19, the successful candidates participated in the oral test. After the oral test, 12 women and 68 men total 80 candidates were initially selected for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC).

Habiganj Superintendent of Police SM Murad Ali while announcing the results said, "There was no irregularity in this recruitment process.
The entire recruitment process is done on the basis of merit and merit alone, with 100% transparency and impartiality without any kind of lobbying trade. No one had to pay a single rupee beyond 120 rupees for recruitment. At this time he congratulated all the initially selected with flowers.

Md. Shamsul Haque, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops), Dipankar Ghosh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kulaura Circle, Zahidul Islam Khan, Additional Superintendent of Police, Sunamganj Circle, and various ranks of police officers of the district police were present during the announcement of the results.
