2 injured in train-microbus collision in Shamshernagar

Two people were injured in a collision between a microbus and a Chittagong-bound oil train in the down outer signal area of Shamshernagar railway station in Kamolganj, Moulvibazar. The injured were rescued and sent to the hospital.
This accident happened on Sunday (March 19) around 10 am.
According to Shamshernagar railway station, the oil tanker train was going to Chittagong from Sylhet. At that time, on reaching the accident spot, collided with the microbus (Noha) and dragged the microbus to some distance. At that time, two passengers in the microbus were seriously injured.
The injured were rescued and sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital.
Shamshernagar Railway Station Assistant Master Uttam Dev said that two people were injured when a microbus collided with an oil tanker train from Sylhet to Chittagong. They have been admitted to hospital.
