A young man died after being hit by a train in Kulaura
A young man named Bablu Hossain (40) died after being hit by a train in Kulaura, Moulvibazar. The accident took place in the outer signal area of Bhatera railway station of the upazila around 10 pm on Sunday (March 19).
The deceased Bablu is the son of deceased Shahjahan Mia of Kalimabad village of Bhatera Union.
Kulaura Railway Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ershadul Haque Bhuiyan told Sylhetview that the person named Bablu Hossain died after being hit by the Surma mail train from Sylhet to Dhaka around 10 pm on Sunday. On receiving the information, the police went to the spot at night and recovered the body.
He said that following the request of the family, the body was handed over to the family without post-mortem on Monday morning.
