Discussion meeting on Genocide Day in Rajnagar

A discussion meeting was held in Rajnagar of Moulvibazar on March 25, 1971, in memory of the martyrs killed in the brutal massacre of the Pakistani invading forces. On the occasion of Genocide Day, the upazila administration organized this meeting at the Upazila Parishad conference room on Saturday (March 25) at 11 am.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sanjida Akhtar, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Mohammad Afzalur Rahman, Rajnagar Thana Officer-in-Charge (Investigation) Humayun Kabir, Upazila Agriculture Officer Rezaul spoke on the occasion under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Farzana Akhter Mita and moderated by Youth Development Officer Nazrul Islam Khan. Karim, Ali Hossain in charge of fire service, former freedom fighter commander Sajal Chakraborty, joint general secretary of Rajnagar Press Club. Farhad Hossain and others.

Officials of various public and private departments of the upazila, freedom fighters, teachers, journalists and leaders of social organizations were present at the time.
