Historic Mujibnagar Day Celebration in Moulvibazar

A discussion meeting was held on the occasion of the historic Mujibnagar Day organized by the Moulvibazar district administration. District Awami League President and Member of Parliament Neshar Ahmad spoke as the chief guest in the discussion meeting under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Commissioner Prabhanshu Som Mahan today Monday (April 17) noon.

Member of Parliament Syeda Zohra Alauddin, District Awami League General Secretary and District Parishad Chairman Michbahur Rahman, Additional Superintendent of Police Hasan Mohammad Nacher Rikabdar, District Awami League Vice President Ajmal Hossain, former District Freedom Fighter Commander Jamal Uddin and others spoke as special guests.

District Awami League Organizing Secretary Ajay Sen, District Awami League Publicity and Publication Secretary Syed Abdur Rauf Manik along with freedom fighters, district administration and officials of various departments, Awami League leaders and journalists were present in the meeting.

The program was conducted by the District Child Affairs Officer Jasim Uddis Masud. The speakers discussed the significance of the historical Mujibnagar Day. From Meherpur to Mujibnagar expressed his determination to spread the spirit.
