Missing teenager`s body recovered from crop land in Moulvibazar
The police recovered the body of a teenager named Mahin Mia (14) from the cropland the day after he went missing in Srimangal of Moulvibazar.
The body was recovered from a crop field in Saitula village of Srimangal on Friday (April 14) evening. Mahin Mia is the son of Abul Hossain of that village.
Mahin Mia's relatives said that Mahin could not be found since Thursday night. Micking and social media campaign in the area to find him. The police recovered the child's body lying in the cropland.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Srimangal Police Station Jahangir Hossain said, initially it seems to be a murder. Investigation of the incident is ongoing. Legal action will be taken after post-mortem.
