Eid jaamat held in Moulvibazar
The holy Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in Moulvibazar. Member of Parliament Neshar Ahmad, Zilla Parishad Chairman Michabahur, Municipal Mayor Fazlur Rahman and others offered prayers and exchanged greetings at the Town Eidgah of the district city.
Mayor Fazlur Rahman said, under the supervision of the municipality, three congregations were held in the Eidgah field in a fair, orderly and peaceful manner.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate affairs Shahab Uddin exchanged greetings with the people of the constituency and offered Eid prayers in Baralekha.
Former Chief Whip Vice-Principal offered Eid prayers and greetings at Srimangal Shahi Eidgah Abdus Shaheed MP.
Apart from this, Eid congregations were held in thousands of mosques and Eidgahs in seven upazilas of the district.
